Automobile Driving Instructor’s Training Class

Automobile Repair and Maintenance Day Training ClassPhoto

Trainee qualifications: at least twenty-two years old and possessing one of the following qualifications:

1.1 Driving tester’s license of the particular driving training course.
1.2 Graduate of an automobile related senior (vocational) high school course, or a beginner’s class in military transportation or related school, and possessing a driver’s license of the particular driving training course for at least two years.
1.3 Senior (vocational) high school graduate and above with a driver’s license of the particular driving training course for at least three years.
1.4 Junior high school graduate and above with a driver’s license of the particular driving training course for at least five years.

Training fee: NT$4,500 per trainee per term

Traffic Law Instructor Training Class

Trainee qualifications: at least twenty-five years old and possessing one of the following qualifications:
2.1 B.S. in Traffic Engineering, B.S. in Traffic Management or related course graduate and above.
2.2 Senior (vocational) high school or senior (vocational) high school course equivalent military high school graduate actually teaching as a driving instructor for at least three years.
2.3 Possessing a driving tester license or inspector license.

Training fee: NT$5,000 per trainee per term

Automobile Structure Lecturer’s Training Class

Trainee qualifications: at least twenty-two years old and possessing one of the following qualifications:

3.1 Graduate of an automobile repair, farm equipment, heavy machinery, or machinery senior (vocational) high school course offered in a regular senior (vocational) high school or military high school or above.
3.2 Possessing a driving inspector’s license for the same or higher category.
3.3 Possessing an automobile repair and maintenance engineer license or a class B or a higher-level automobile repair and maintenance technician license.

Training fee: NT$5,300 per trainee per term

Automobile Structure Lecturer’s Training Class

Basic student/trainee admission guideless of the Northern Region Vehicle Training Center (NVTC) of the Directorate General of Highways for Chief Driving Instructor’s Training Class

1. Applicant qualifications: at least thirty years old, senior high school graduate or its equivalent, and possessing one of the following qualifications:
1.1 At least three years of road traffic management or traffic operation supervision experience and possessing an automobile driver’s license for at least three years.
1.2 Possessing driving training, teaching and guidance experience of at least three years and an automobile driver’s license for at least three years.
1.3 Possessing a driving tester license or inspector license.
1.4 Possessing previous experience as a driving instructor, automobile structure lecturer, and road traffic management and law instructor for at least three years.

2. Place of registration: No. 79, Section 3, Zhong-Shan Road, Zhonghe City, Taipei County (Tel: 02-82211170)

3. Documents for presentation: copy of R.O.C. ID card, copy of driver’s license, copy of educational attainment or eligibility certifications, 3pcs recent 3 x 3 inch bare-head ID picture.

4. Training fee: NT$5,300; for day class applicants, an additional NT$300 shall be collected for meal expenses.

5. Payment remittance bank: Taiwan Bank (all branches)

6. Course admittance: 40 trainees per term, a class will be open after 30 applications have been received.

7. Training schedule: one week per term, trainees are required to complete 39 hours of training

8. Grade assessment: trainees achieving an average academic test and teaching evaluation grade of 70 and above shall be recommended by the NVTC to the Ministry of Transportation and Communications for awarding of “Certificate of Qualified Chief Driving Instructor”.
